Britney Makes Her Performance "Comeback"

She didn't suck!
She wasn't great, but she wasn't embarrassing.
And, considering the fact that we think she was pushed into releasing this album too quickly, she was amazing! Just remember where she was only 9 months ago.
The re-arrangement of Womanizer was hot, but we definitely feel like the Britster was nervous.
She was VERY stiff towards the beginning but definitely loosened up for the last 30-45 seconds.
We don't mind the lipsynching - it's Britney! - but we think there wasn't enough dancing. She walked around a lot, which reminded us too much of that disastrous VMA performance in 2007.
But, overall, it's nothing to be ashamed off and hopefully she'll get better as she does a few more of these!

Hey "Listen To Mayday Parade" she was actually singing live with some backup vocals and if you dont think so your dumbass needs to go back and watch/listen again. Im sorry but if you think any artist gets up there and does it all live without any help while dancing your very ignorant. People buy her music cause its good and they will keep buying it. She was obviously interesting enough for you to waste your time watching her performance and commenting on it! POSER!
I think she killed it and that version of womanizer is awesome!
I am proud of her for getting it together - BUT, I totally think her outfit was very very close to what Madonna is wearing on her Sticky and Sweet tour. She kinda looked liks she was copying Madonna's look. Not to the 'T', but very close IMO.
She is awesome though and I hope HOPE HOPE she can get her confidence back and really get back to her old self.

Can someone please tell me if she has EVER sang once in her life? I mean, it seriously sounds EXACTLY like the cd version or some remix, the vocals are the same, and NO, a couple lines she actually sings at the end don't count. I mean, I wouldn't even mind her sounding a lil off key, but she Lip syncs EVERYTHING! She was the only one to lip-sync when her. madonna,xtina, missy did the VMA's, she didnt sing at the Madonna show, she didnt sing her last VMA performance, or any for that matter, when does she sing live? I saw her as a little girl performing and she had a really good voice. What happened? And why is it every time she has a new cd out people call it a comeback? What is she coming back from? her last cd was supposed to be a "comeback" to. I am really over her. The only ones that like her are the obsessed homo's and 12 year old girls that would love it if she farted on a cd for an hour. She is WAAAAY overrated, she has no substance what so ever. And her cd's allllll sound the same. Winey lil baby stuffy nose voice. Im over it.

As far as being stiff..i blame the choreography. The moves dont really have that much fluidity to the to begin with. But i thought overall she did great, and it definitely sounded like she was singing live. U can hear a few runs here and there.

The production was professional and Britney looks much better! However, she is not DANCING enough! Where is the old Britney who loved to dance??? Her routine was a bit too reminescent of the disastrous performance in Vegas — sort of just standing around, pushing guys around in high heels..MORE DANCING-CLASSIC BRITNEY. I want her to succeed, but I was disappointed-again. How many times do I have to keep on forgiving her because of her personal problems — had it been any other artist, she would not have been given so many chances.

There's thousands of great bands who work hard, always sing live, and write all of their own music, yet they ride and live in a stinky van and make next to no money. Then people like Britney Spears, put out albums where their vocals are completely re-worked, their songs are written for them, and they have to lip sync live, yet they're the ones who make the big money and get a tour bus. The music world is so backwards. Britney's last album was a huge bomb, but she still won all those awards for it, apparently the music world must applaud below par records, yay for mediocrity!

SHE LOoks FABULOUS. Yeah she seemed a little nervous. I think thats why she is performing in Europe 1st to get warmed up for the states. We tend to be a little more critical and demanding of her and she and her camp know that. I think she was singing along which is part of the difficulty of dancing and singing after a long break and lots of troubles. All and all I think it went well and I will keep my fingers crossed because it seems she really wants this. Daddy Jamie better not go away. Love the support system he is for her. Clearly that made a difference
