Britney took to the stage in London on Saturday night to lipsynch on a singing competition, Simon Cowell's X Factor.
The wannabe comeback kid did the same exact performance of Womanizer, with oh so minor tweaks.
This one seemed……blah.

Uk was so hyped up and excited bout britneys performance and it turned out to be a total LET DOWN FOR ALL OF US. she came out and lip-synced and then wouldn't even talk to dermot properly………stuck-up bitch
I think I liked the first performance the best. She had the best costume then even if it was rip off. I don't think she sang at all for this performance. On the others you could hear parts where she was singing, but this one sounded exactly like the CD.

Actually I liked that one the best…I just dont like her hair in this one. But she moved MUCH better.
Actually, I thought this was probably one of her better ones.
Her energy level and just her overall performance was better than the other two, IMO. She seemed more comfortable and energetic in this one for sure.
I'm not loving the costume as much, but I do think she performed the best in this one…

she physically looked healthy and amazing FINALLY! so effin glad. should we not support her in her comeback instead of being too critical in the inital stages of it? if you dont like her then why indulge yourselves in anything concerning her?
the point is not to judge how well she has done in all three or so performances (because she did great in all of them) but that britters is finally back on form. she may not be performing in the exact way that we are used to seeing her and yes she is lipsynching BIG DEAL its britney. id like to see people try to sing that live (you'd just complain that it wasn't as good as the CD or something) is she the only artist who does that? i don't think so.

This was the BEST so far. WAY more energetic. The costume could have been better but that's about it. She's getting better, not as nervous.

I'm a classical musician and if I were EVER caught PRETENDING to play and using a recording instead, I would be fired and would probably never get work again! It's pretty sad that people our society considers "singers" and "artists" are allowed and, sometimes, expected to not have to really preform live.

FIRST OF ALL……Miley was NOT there tonight, her performance was pre-recorded a few weeks ago, but it's cool how they made it SEEM like it was tonight, also, I was watching it here in Ireland where X factor is on live and Britney DID mime…..it was terrible because the song was a bit fast and her miming didn't go well with the song. ALSO…..at the end of all the performances when she goes to say THANK YOU….you can't hear her or when they hosts are interviewing her you can't hear her cos her mic's off. DON'T GET ME WRONG…..I'm one of brit's biggest fans and miley's too, but i was so looking forward to her performance and it was a sham…..although she's back, and i love her for coming back from such an awful place.
Re: RebelYell324 – Yeah, I'm totally a dumbass because I am not up-to-date on what goes in to taking someone who's hired for their face, and not their musical ability, and making them a star. I guess I'm far too used to people who actually write songs, get on stage, and play the song with actual instruments, instead of lip syncing and doing a little dance routine. I'm probably spoiled by people that do it for the love of music that they're passionate about, rather than looking at their fans like dollar signs and wondering how they're gonna buy things that they think they deserve. How dare I have an opinion about how she's not bringing back her fascade of a show with the feriocity that you'd expect from who made an ass of themselves for the world and is now hoping to squeeze a few more bucks out of the fools that believe she's an artist. lulz.
All three performances have been blah. It's pretty bad when miley cyrus does a much better job then you. Britney has lost her mojo.

This one was way better - Brit seemed way happier, more confident, did lots of smiling. I loved it. It was my favorite.
Britney was amazing. This was her best one yet! Perez, I usually agree with you but I think you need to stop drinking the haterade. Britney is taking it one step at a time and shining in very moment. She feels the crowd now, and she realizes that performing is what makes her happy.

How can all of you stick of for this girl? Over half the ladies in the local school's drama department can put up a better performance than this girl. Yet you all still continue to rally behind her and support her. She's mediocre. How you can say she's "incredible" or "the best performer ever", is asinine! She is a lost soul, that needs to go home and focus on being a decent mother for her estranged children, and leave the performing to those that are actually talented.

I agree with the majority of the other people. . this was by far the best of the three. She's slowly gaining her confidence back. It's great to see.
The only think that makes me think that she was lip syncing is because the guy at the end holds the mic up to her face. Why did they turn her mic off? Or was it on to begin with? That's kinda sketchy!
Personally I dont care if she didnt actually sing the song, she still is absolutley amazing and you have to give her credit for getting out there and trying to get back to her routes love you Britney!

This one was by far her best preformance thus far. She was looking great and getting over her fears from the last MTV Awards fiasco…I think that really was rough on her to overcome that. She's coming along fine.
I liked that she wasn't wearing the Top Hat this time and you could see her hair and it was looking good!

That was my favourite performance so far! It looks like Britney is really getting more comfortable with being on stage. Maybe after the first performance she realized that people are cheering for her and got her confidence back

this was probably my least favorite of the three too, but it still rocks!!!!!! Im not sure if I like the one from the Bambi awards or Star Academy better..
This was the best. She was the most comfortable on stage in this one. she needs to add some more danceing and less power walking then she would be absolutly amazing!! She is hot and back. She is gonna do crazy good on Tuesday on GMA. Perez your crazy.
lol — definitely not Perez. This was her best one out of all three. She had confidence, she changed it up and interacted more not only with her dancers but with the audience, she smiled more and danced more. It had more energy and more attitude. She is far from being back, but I think her being healthy is on a good track.

This was one was the best of the three, welcome back Britney, we all missed you. It goes this performance first, then the first one she did with the Madonna get up, then the one with the red dress. She will only get better. C'mon Brit, we need to see you dance, we know you got it, so prove all the haters wrong. I wanna see you flaunt it, cuz everyone knows you got it girl. XOXO can't wait to buy the album. (I already downloaded it, but I'm still gonna buy it, totally worth it). Biggest comeback and turnaround in history. I keep thinking about how totally awesome Heidi and Spencer are and all the praise Perez gave them in that cute little video he made. They totally deserve it. Their talent is amazing. But, Britney…she deserves criticism. I mean the girl is only the most famous international pop star to come to be in the last 10 years and she's coming back from a major life changing breakdown. So if we listen to Perez, Heidi & Spencer = Good and Britney = Bad. If we listen to Perez…we'd all be that much dumber.
come one man, from last year/early this year, each performance she has done a lot better. give her some credit. she is taking huge strives of improvement….i thought this one was more energetic/confident/comfortable. she did great!

I would say Britney is moving on Depakote……at least she looks like she is. It's like everything is fine and she is there but she doesn't have her movement down. It's rigid. Every once in a while she gets her groove and gets back her old dance tracks (like when she flipped her skirt in France) but then is she cautious and the meds take hold. She looks great though. I thought she looked particularly good in France. She needs to let loose more. She should review her old stuff. She is a great performer.
If she were a contestant they'd have eaten her alive. It was horrid, she looked like she was having trouble walking around in her heels. Maybe she's used to walking around barefoot. People are actually on here saying Britney was great and she rocked? Since when did lip-synching become acceptable? If you applaud singers not singing do you really hate music that much. I don't ride in planes with pilots who can't fly, so why listen to music made by singers who don't sing. Considering how many artists bust their ass to make it in the biz and actually sing, Britney's an insult to music.

I think this was actually the best performance out of three. Britney was dancing more, and it looked like there was more energy. However, I can understand why some people say this performance was worse. In my opinion the stage was too big for the amount of dancers, so the stage looked a bit empty.
They didn't need all that glitter to distract you from her so so performance because she actually PERFORMED this time.

The backing track was fucking louder than her voice though. Thats not her fault, thats the production managers fault.

I have to say, after getting excited all night to see a britney master-class and to see her perform (even though i always expected to lip synch)… I was sorely disappointed. XFACTOR is all about tight shots and it just didn't look right, she was over exaggerating so much off beat it reminded me of the horrid vma performance… i want her to dance more if she's going to lip synch… and she was just walking around… and there was no master-class ;o(

OMG I totally agree Perez !!!I'm from Ireland and I watched it live on TV last night, the whole of Ireland and the UK has been talking about Britney coming on the Xfactor for WEEKS and WEEKS!! We were all sooooo disapointed with her performance last night. It was comical really not only can she not sing but she can't lipsync properly either. As for her dancing….What dancing?????She just walked around the stage the whole time!!Also Simon Cowell usually talks to the guest performer after they perform every week (Like he did with Mariah and Leona..etc…) but he didn't say anything..my guess is that he couldn't comment on her performance because she didnt even sing/dance!!!How can you comment on a performance that isn't even a performance??!!It's a talent competion with really really good singers…..Britney just let us down last night!!!Maybe next year Brit Brit
