Star magazine is reporting that teen mom Jamie Lynn Spears had liposuction.
While she was pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!
The former Nickelodeon star reportedly got worried when she thought she was putting on too much weight.
And, apparently not knowing she was preggers, she begged her mom to let her get lipo, says a source.
It seems mom of the year, Lynn Spears, allowed her daughter to get it.
WTF happened to exercising and dieting????? Plush, she's a teenager!
Another source says, Jamie "didn't know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure. Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient."
The procedure is not recommended for pregnant mommies.
One plastic surgeon, Dr. Gary Burton, says "Any form of liposuction is dangerous and should not be performed on a pregnant woman. It poses serious health risks to the fetus."
What do U think of Jamie getting lipo so young?

Ummmmmm don't they take blood and test SOMETHING before they perform liposuction? I mean…….you'd think they would have known! Is she sure the person who liposucked her was a doc?
Can't be true unless she had the procedure done the week she conceived. They ALWAYS perform pregnancy tests on menstruating girls and women before ANY type of surgical procedure. Liposuction = General Anesthesia. They will not administer general anesthesia on a pregnant female unless the condition is life threatening.

I had surgery/anesthesia for my wisdom teeth when I was 2 months pregnant and didnt know I was pregnant. I was shitting bricks the rest of the pregnancy when I found out. They didnt give me a pregnancy test, just asked and I said no. But he is fine!

I dont believe it, I think the doctors would check in an ultrasound to see if she was pregnant. I think it's medical procedure to do a check up like that before any sugery is administered.

This is so BS. It is standard procedure before any surgery to do a pregnancy test even on women who are no longer fertile. So unless the surgeon was a back alley surgeon who is completley shady I'd say this is 100 % false.
this is bull shit! any time you get a medical procedure (i.e surgery or Cosmetic Surgery) they do blood work and the check to see if your prgo (and to check other things). trust me i have a medical condition that causes me to get tumors (called Neurofibromatosis) and iv had to have about 10 surgerys to have tumors removed and they have always do blood work to check to see if i was prgo (and other things) so this is complete BULL SHIT
There is no way this could happen. Any physician would order a urine pregnancy test in a female of child bearing age prior to administering any anesthesia. Otherwise, this would be gross malpractice.

TOTAL BS!!!! When you get surgery they do a pregnancy test. They did when I was 12 and had my tonsils out and I was obviously not having sex. They didn't ask if you are having sex. They just ask if you have started menstruation. Then they test you. Just a rumor.

THEY ALWAYS PERFORM PREGNANCY TESTS BEFORE SURGERY. if you are on here saying you had surgery and they did not have a pregnancy test, then you obviously are under the hands of a quack. it's the law. I've had 8 surgeries in my lifetime due to a broken leg/infection with the leg and each time they have to perform a test. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks, having 4 surgeries while I was there, and before each they would take a urine sample and do the test. come on perez, if you're going to make something up, at least make it somewhat BELIEVABLE!

i do not think its true… especially about the pregnant part, i worked for a plastic/cosmetic surgeon and we drew blood two weeks prior to surgery and did a urine test the right before surgery. She probably would have miscarried surgery is very traumatic on the body.
I had two surgeries done this year on two totally different areas of the body and both doctors required a pregnancy test before they would procede with my surgeries.

Any reputable surgeon would have done plenty of tests before any procedure- including a pregnancy test. The hospital my mom works at gives pregnancy tests to any woman/girl between the ages of 12 and 60 before they have surgery or a procedure done, no matter what.
