Amy Lawyers Up

After finally deciding to ditch that druggie Blaaake, Amy asked Papa Wino to assemble a divorce meeting on Tuesday at the hospital where the singer is “recovering” from crackdom.

But Blaaake isn’t letting go without a fight, allegedly yelling at Mitch Winehouse over the phone for “obstructing” his relationship with Amy.

Blake would know – “obstructing justice” is what landed the junkie in jail in the first place!

Fortunately, Blake blew his rehab break, landing him back behind bars until 2010.

And we hear they can do a divorce real quick on the other side of the pond.
