No one asked me or anyone I know to vote in this survey… lol. Where the hell does these polls come from???!?!?! p.s. They shouldn't get ANYTHING. Go bankrupt… let nature run it's course you money-grubbers!!!!!
First of all, does no one understand the difference between a bailout and a loan? Secondly, by Dec. 4 the Big Three were required to come up with a plan on how they will use the money to develop more environmentally friendly automobiles. Just because they were slow to catch up to the foreign companies in the past, does not mean millions of people should be punished in the present. Most people I know will lose their jobs if the auto companies go down. Here in Michigan, we have been in an economic slump for quite some time now. We are suffering yet everyone believes we don't deserve the help? Why not help an economic disaster before it happens?
Its rediculus the the senate didnt rip into the bankers like they are doing too the big 3. they didnt go after them when they million dollar parties to celebrate the bailout. i think that the people should have got the 700 billion each person should get 1 million dollars to each person with U.S. population at 305 million it would have saved the goverment money then giving rich banks 700 billion to blow im pissed that im smarter then most of the idiots running this country
Those asshole execs have been dipping into huge profits for themselves forever while failing to make competitive product!!!!! The have all known forever we are in need of economical vehicles fueled by alternative fuels or for that matter no fuel at all but electricity etc etc etc. FUCK THEM!!!!!!They screwed up and done with you.. nothing will ever change if these fucking twats get a bail out. Start a new industry with the money , don't keep the old failed formulas!!!!!!!
I don't think the corporate fatcats should get any help, but what are we supposed to do about the millions of people whose jobs depend on the auto industry? Let 'em starve? A bailout might be cheaper than unemployment and welfare payments.
