Even hot people need a little help!
As y'all had already guessed, Jessica Alba's pictures for this year's Campari calendar were airbrushed.
Some of her pre-airbrush shots leaked on the internets over the last few days.
To us, it didn't look like she needed that much!
But, it's nice to know that no one is magazine perfect!

Why did they feel the need to make here waist super tiny? I think she looked great in the before picture! Oh well, it's nice to see the before and after.
I love find the difference pictures…lets see. In the second one she has a knee, slimmer inner thighs and no protruding hip bone.

yeah, they looked at her and said "legs not skinny or tan enough, hips too wide, waist not narow enough, boobs not perky enough, collar bone not sticking out enough, shoulders not thin enough…..why can't a magazine come out with REAL pictures of how women look? Especially those that have just had a baby. let's get to some realism here and stop promoting unhealthy body images with girls.
They are two different shots. Very similar but they are different. They probably take like many pictures of the same pose to get the perfect one.

First of, it's definitely NOT the same picture. It's slightly different. Notice the collarbone pose, the face looking in a different direction, the hair, the legs.
But yeah, it's been photoshopped. Not airbrushed, airbrush is something else. IT'S BEEN LIQUIFIED!
I think it is ridiculuos that they airbrushed her! She looked perfect in the before picture! What is this world coming to when even Jessica Alba isn't "perfect" enough? Such crap!!

Look at them closer. One she is looking at the camera, the other she is not. And look at her hair. In one shot she is clearly being blwon by a fan, the other not. Atleast use the CORRECT "befores" in the future.

WOW they pretty much changed everything but her face. They slimmed her waist, messed up her shoulders and clavicle, changed her knees and legs, breast, and neck. That's CRUCIAL!

its a totally different picture, if people would actually look at the picture they would see that her head is tilted different and shes looking at the camera, you cant change those things with photoshop
first of all, I don't thin that 1st pic was shot by Mario Testino (aka best photog ever!!!) it's probably a "behind-the-scenes" pic… And second, a lot of the photoshop was done for stylistic reasons…! I think this is tasteful and acceptable photoshopping - unlike Brit's cover booklet shots for circus - now that's a bit much!

ummm…they're two different pix. the first one, her eyes are looking in another direction…and plus, who cares, everyone knows the pix are all airbrushed. why is this such a big deal? and please, stop criticizing her body, not like any of you guys have the perfect body.
Those are two different pictures. The first one was probably a pre-take of that specific pose, but that second picture is clearly different. I don't deny photoshopping in magazines, but look where the rim of the pool is.
it looks like two different types of camera took these shots, first the polaroid or quick snap digital. the second the professional then some retouching…
She looks better before. I hate retouching.. I mean I understand why it's done from a marketing perspective but it's such a toxic image to put as what's "attractive" to young girls and women. She looks great… even if she hadn't had a baby. Look closely at her knees.. they even doctored that to give her a more defined kneecap. So sad that we're so obsessive over looks in our society.
that's par for the course…my 9 year old son is a model and his headshots were airbrushed. you will NEVER EVER see anything in print that is not airbrused a little
While she is very attractive in the none photo-shopped picture, this picture got worked a LOT. She looks at least 2 sizes smaller on the worked picture.

Wow at a glance it doesn't look that different, but it's actually quite altered. The waist is dramatically reduced, especially on the left side. The left leg and knee cap are thinner. She was totally hot before though. They really went crazy with that waist the more I look at it.
These are the same 2 photos. The re-toucher could easily have created the effects. He or she may have used bits and pieces of other shots from the same series to create this final photo. For example, to create this one photo you see here above, there were probably dozens of shots taken of Jessica in this pose or very similar ones. He can take the eyes from one shot, or even the whole face. He can take the hair from another shot- or even just pieces of her hair. Then the bits are cobbled together into one final photo. Most of what has been done here other than the major work to her head is color re-touching, shadows, and obviously, her figure has been smoothed and perfected, and the background has been replaced.

she looks amazing in the orignals wow wow wow, in the photoshopped ones the lighting has been changed and shes been thinned down a bit, but she is truly a beauty

I'm glad they airbrushed out that camel toe….no one likes a camel toe.

they are two different shots. in one, she's smiling, the other she's not. in one, her knee is partly showing, in the other its not, and thats why her leg looks skinner in the airbrushed pic. you just love to pick on things, and then you get busteddd.

Its funny how the guys are all like "not much of a difference" or "she looked better to begin with", and the girls are like "wow big difference" and "she isn't perfect!"
If you look closely, it doesnt even look like the same person. The background is different and that's a crap load of airbrushing they did to the second image if that was really jessica alba. Plus the gaze is different in each pic, etc, etc. Need I go on?
