Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that German "band" Tokio Hotel has been lipsynching and miming all of their performances in America.
The "band" has been playing a round of radio holiday shows recently, and according to multiple sources, the lead singer is not singing live and the band isn't even playing their instruments live.
Straight-up fakery!
Our source even provided us with the band's set list from one of the recent radio holiday shows, which indicates when to turn the mic back on for lead singer Bill Kaulitz to address the audience.

I think that Bill is very good singer and that he sings sometimes on playback it isn't badly. He only love their music and fans so he sings at least anyhow. He suffered grave operation him neck that is why he don't sing only live. He is very good at all started voice in this way soon. This is my opinion. And sorry to my english I'm from Czech Republic

any person with a brain can tell that's not a playlist of a concert. believe it or not, they DO play more than 5 songs on a real concert. They didn't play live at jingle ball or at hottopic, but that's no seret either, they just put on the cd

First of all thanks for the attention drawn to this band. The rest of you who believe everything you read, need to get a life and do your own research. These boys have been writing, singing, playing their own music since they were 8!!!! They are the most genuine, totally talented, not Hollywood produced, voice dubbed so it's sounds good, like half the other so called singers in America. I've been to two Tokio Hotel concerts and I can tell you, he is not lip synching, and the others are playing just as well. These guys rock, they put on a better show than artists who have been in the business for decades. Tokio Hotel will be around for a long time, so get use to it.
i wanted to point out that sometime in march it was declared the Bill Kaulitz received a surgery on vocal cords, he had a cyst on them, why because he was stressing his voice too much, in other words he was SINGING

ok first of all, at the "holiday" concert was the JINGLE BALL. Before that performance Bill RECENTLY got a THROAT SURGERY. On the day of the concert, it got very bad, and it hurt liek no other so he had NO CHOICE but to do playback.
he sings EVERY concert live, except for this one because of this THROAT SURGERY
if you got throat surgery you wouldnt even be able to talk, so considering that he STILL talked to the audiance when he could barely talk after a throat surgery, he is VERY GOOD.
