Milk the cow ’til its totally dry?
According to TV Guide, Desperate Housewives mastermind Marc Cherry announced on Wednesday that he wants the show to go on for a total of nine seasons, versus his previously envisioned seven.
That would mean another 4.5 years of DH.
Marc may not get what he wants, though! He’s going to need to convince ABC to extend the show deal.
Insiders say Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Eva Longoria are on board until the seventh season ends in 2011.
In addition to the network, he’ll have to convince the ladies to stay til the 9th season (unless he’s going to kill them all off?).
