Obama Breaks The Law!!!!

So, Barry O was in Hawaii Tuesday, paying respects to his grandmother by scattering her ashes on cliffs east of Hononulu.
And breaking the law!
A Perezcious reader brought to our attention that according to the Department of Land and Natural Resources of Hawaii, it's illegal to dump human remains on the shore!
In accordance with the regulations determined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, (cremated) remains must be scattered 3 nautical miles off the shore line.
Umm…oops?

OH-EM-GEE people. He did not scatter the ashes off the shore. There is NO shoreline at Lanai Lookout. He was standing at the edge of a CLIFF. There's no way you could even swim at that location anyway. If you tried, you'd be shoved into the sharp volcanic rocks and shredded in a matter of minutes.

If you read the section on the EPA link that say about cremated remains rather than just the top you will see that this law does indeed include ashes.
The point is that this is FEDERAL LAW established by the EPA, a government agency. So he breaks the law now, what is to come in the future?

Um ok, A LOT of people swim in that area. It's right by Sandy Beach, Cockroach Cove (where the infamous kissing scene from "From Here to Eternity" was shot, and the ever popular Hanauma Bay. For someone who claims to have grown up with local roots, he sure is naive about local customs and practice.
