I like this boy so I'm not trying to sound rude…I really think he should have some Rogaine discreetly sent to the Palace. He's waaaayyy to young to be balding.
Oh, and I love the beard.

He is just truly beginning to look like his relatives, especially with the beard that makes him resemble the last Tsar of Russia. His mom really helped smooth out those rough edges, though!
