Fading basket ball star Charles Barkley is in the headlines again.
Yay!!!!
The hardcore gambler was arrested in Arizona early Wednesday morning on suspicion of drunk driving.
Gilbert police Lt. Eric Shuhandler says an officer with a task force that targets drunken drivers saw the former NBA star run a stop sign around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning in Scottsdale.
Shuhandler says Barkley declined to submit to a breath test but was given a blood test. The results have not come in.
We’re sure he’s got a good lawyer, though. So don’t you worry about Charles.
He wisely avoided injuring himself or anyone else.
For all you non-celebs out there: don’t be stoopid – don’t drink and drive tonight!
