Kiki Drunks, Looking Lovely - As Usual!

We all know Kirsten Dunst dresses and looks like [fill in the adjective]/
It's no surprise.
But, in a new interview with UK's OK magazine, Kiki goes out of her way to defend the fact that she apparently doesn't care how she dresses.
The 26 year-old says, "I don't have the energy to care if people criticise the way I look. I'm over getting dressed up, although it's fun sometimes - like when my younger brother Christian and I got ready together to go to the Oscars. But other than that, though, I couldn't care less."
Seriously, no one else could care either.
But Kiki continues, "Being fun is way better than being beautiful. I would rather entertain people."
The only way we can imagine Drunkst entertaining us is by looking hideous!

If everyone in Hollywood were plain, old, fat, broken, ugly, DESPITE amazing talent… would we have "idols", would we even have gossip mags, sites, or tv channels that focus JUST on them? Probably not… believe me, I'm not arguing whether it's right or wrong because that's just opinion anyway. Hollywood, since it's inception, has been about glamour, talent, and beauty. So indeed, while it is "refreshing" that not all actors "care" about how they present, in the end they DO CARE about their bottomlines. If not, they'd be acting at local theaters and/or donating most of their income to charity. I'd like to argue that Dunst not "caring" about her appearance is more a result of her love of drugs than making a stance in Hollywood. She's one of those people who actually appears to try to be different and therefore, isn't quite different at all. ie: That whole grotesque "grunge" movement in the early 90's. Or punk. Kids wanted to be different… wanted to be ugly… didn't "care"… weren't perfect so went the other extreme direction. Went wierd. Therefore, you have thousands of kids who decided to conform to this. Ergo, NOT different. KWIM?

But I think if you click on my name you'll see a photo of a pale pink Paphiopedilum orchid (the sparkling blue stuff behind it is a part of my pool). On this tiny photo you can't really see how huge and gorgeous this Paph is and the stripes on the petals and sepals.
