She's talking about people trying to use Cobain's name to get money, investments, credit cards, etc. And she's found some people using the same address for multiple issues of fraud. Some of the names include Madonna's real last name and Betty Boop's name along with Cobain's.
As for Kardashian, she just says that its stupid for everyone to deny that it happened because it happened in front of ten witnesses.

Exactly. Some people need to pay attention to the content. Courtney's blog posts are far from perfect layout-wise, but they aren't stupid.
