Before plastic surgery. Dude had a nose job, lips enhanced, eyebrows waxed, chin and jaw implants… hahaha just kidding not everyone looks gorgeous all the time. Some people are ugly when they are kids and hot when they get older or vice versa… haha

Perhaps we love Rob precisely because we know he is not perfect. Well, maybe he is, but in a perfectless way. He is so humble and modest, you don't see that frequently. I do not believe we all would think he is "mind-blowing hawt" in these pictures if we didn't know first that is Robert Pattinson. So, when we say "OMG HE IS SO HOT!! I'D DO HIM!!" we may be referring to him as a person, not the photos. We also have a subconscious link with him and Edward Cullen, and just transfer the love we have from Edward to Robert.
I remember a few days before I had watched the movie, I read in Seventeen Magazine that he would be my "Astral Match". I was like "Oh! Damn it! I hoped it was Zac Efron! He's not bad, but he's not that hot either." Now, after I've watched the movie, he looks to me the most sexy thing in the whole universe (even more after watching several of his interviews).

Robert Pattinson is so fantastically beautiful in his own special way but that last picture made me nearly piss my pants with laughter and vomit on myself with disgust.
