As a child of a single mother I would like to say that she is wrong. I am enrolled in one of the best unversitys in Canada, paying my own way and making something out of my life with my biggest fan being my mom. The point is that your story is not typical…statistics PROVE that children from single-mother households and with absent fathers (a MASSIVE problem in the US) are likely to have a much tougher struggles with the law and otherwise. A few anecdotal stories can not change the statistics.
