I think you're nuts Perez. She looks wonderful. As someone who has a larger lower body, Queen Latifia picked a perfect gown. The empire style highlights her waist and narrows it and the flowing front gives the illusion that she doesn't have a bulging stomach. True, it doesn't make her stomach look any flatter, but it doesn't make it look any bigger either. The top to the dress could've had a bit more material to help make her shoulders look a bit narrower, but all together, the outfit highlights the good parts of her body and hides the parts it should.
Watch "What Not to Wear" and take some lessons from Stacey and Clinton before judging others clothing.
