Looks like Madonna will do just about anything to stay thin and look young.
The latest reports claim that Madge has started a salmon "retox" regimen in order to look younger. She's even supposedly hired some experts to help her with the program.
A source says, "The new 'retox' means she has got a more cardio-intensive gym regime and a diet overhaul. She will also be eating a lot more salmon as it's got age-defying properties. Her aim is to knock 12 years off her appearance."
It was reported previously that she spends over $120,000 a year on bottles of "specially blessed" Kabbalah water. It supposedly helps keep you looking "fresh and young."
A source close to Madonna says, "Madonna drinks a lot of water - that's one of her fitness secrets. And Kabbalah water is the only stuff she will touch."
But as for that weird fish diet, it turns out others do it as well. Like Liam Gallagher of Oasis, who says he eats fish every day because it keeps him slim.
Gallagher even calls himself the "Salmon King" and once said "I'm always banging away at the fish man. My top three fish are salmon at number one, sea bass at two and sardines are third. My number one dish is fucking salmon and stir-fry.
Let's hope Madonna doesn't get….. "mercury poisoning"!

She definitely has an unhealthy obsession with food, aging and self-image. She's too thin and too stringy-looking … 2 things that make her look older, not younger. Sort of sad, really.

This latest eating regimen demonstrates that she is, again, frantically searching for a new way to re-invent herself as to keep the adulation and adoration from her fans coming. Displaying her crotch is one example of her urgent need for attention by her audience. Bottom line: She can't 'control' the aging process no matter how hard she tries; and, all her money can't buy a youthful physique. If she doesn't get a grip on aging as a natural process, her future concerts will be nothing more than a 'freak' show.

What a great lesson for Madonna to teach Lourdes, that age is something to be embarressed or ashamed about. Wonder if she'll write a children's book about the horrors of aging.
OK if anyone thinks Shitney will be as successful at 50 as Madonna is than they are retarded. Britney isn't even as successful as Madonna is NOW. lol. Britney slips in and out of obesity and drug abuse. I doubt she will look HALF as good at 35 as Madonna does now at 50.

She has ALWAYS had an amazing body and has taken care of herself because she is a dancer and a performer. Name ONE celebrity who has had the staying power of this woman? Exactly.

Barbra Streisand. She's been in the biz before Madonna even started elementary school, and she was doing much bigger things at 25, 30, and 40 years into her career than Madonna was at 25 years into hers. I could name a whole lot more, but I'm too lazy right now, and well…you get my point.
