Former King of Queens Star Names Newborn After Ballpark

Comic Kevin James and his wife just had a baby girl, and like a number of celeb couples who preceded them, gave her an 'uncommon' name.
The littlest James will go by the name Shea.
Daddy is apparently a huge Mets fan and named the little girl after the recently demolished Shea Stadium.
Shea is much better than Zuma or Buster!

I think that's cool! It's a pretty name for a girl…different…but not too different. I love him, too…that whole show…
Shea is a very common Gaelic name. Generally seen in surname form as O'Shea in Ireland. In fact, it is my maiden name and my daughter's middle name. Although it is a common name, ignorant Americans still seem incapable of pronouncing it.
It is not pronounced sheeya
The kid should be grateful that his dad isn't a Cubs fan.
