Firstly, as a celebrity, it doesn;t mean you need to constantly look "star quality" when going out casually with friends to go shopping. It's nice to dress a bit less fancy once in a while. And it's not really trashy because technically, she's covering quite a lot. Only the torn parts show some leg obviously, but it's really not that bad. Whatever she wears and covers or does not cover, you people never seem to be satisfied.
