A pin thin Lindsay Lohan showed off her back and protruding spine at the Declare Yourself inauguration party in D.C. on Sunday night.
For her sake, we hope she's not being unhealthy!

idk it looks pretty photoshopped. in other photos of her from that night, she doesn't look that thin. The back is understandable cause she's slouching…and us skinny people tend to poke some spine out when we slouch. But that arm looks a lot skinnier…totally photoshopped. leave firecrotch alone people.

If anyone of normal weight bends their back like that their spine will show just like this. I'm not talking about the obese "normal" weight of most Americans, I'm talking about normal weight in say Europe or Japan - you know fit, not fat.
I feel like there´s something "off" about this pic, like it´s been altered in some way especially her arm. But if this is real then she is obviously sick, hope she´ll be ok.

I'm athletic, healthy & fairly thin (5'4, 125 lbs) and my back looks like that if I hunch over too. Everyone's body's are different.
