Hudson Family Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty!

William Balfour - who stands accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew - has just pleaded not guilty in court.
He is charged with first-degree murder and home invasion.
He will appear in court again later this month and will continue to be held without bail.

I'll never understand why guilty people won't own up to their crimes and take personal responsibility for their actions. If you're guilty, just plead guilty and take what comes. Is there a death penalty in Illinois?

listen people…IF he did this crime then you are more than correct in saying you hate him and bad things…but i have seen people who really are innocent and are accused because the police have to get a suspect quick to help the family heal and media back off…so innocent until proven guilty. This is a horrible situation and the trial needs to be as fair and just as possible so to ensure it does not get worse. I'm not standing up for him as much as I am saying don't speak too soon.
Maybe they should charge him with robbery instead like OJ! This makes me understand why there is a death penalty!

Whilst I do believe he is guilty its comments like "Not guilty? Yeah right!" that are going to give his lawyer a field day in claiming he'll have an unfair trail. Good luck getting an unbiased jury and true justice in this case!
