Dakota Fanning To Join Twilight Sequel???

Twilight will be getting some more "star" power for part two of the film franchise!
According to reports, set to play Volturi vampire Jane, opposite hottie Robert Pattinson in the upcoming sequel, will be Dakota Fanning.
The soon-to-be 15 year-old is said to be in talks to play the Italian bloodsucker in New Moon.
A source reveals that "There were no auditions. They just offered it to her outright, and now they're in negotiations."
Really? DAKOTA FANNING???? As a vampire?
New Moon is expected to start filming in Italy this March. The flick should be released in theaters this November.
What do U think? Should Fanning take the role of vampire Jane?

fuck no.
sadly, i think she fits the part great. But i hate it that they didnt make her audition just because she starred along side talented actors, which doesnt make her talented at all! She just may ruin the whole entire movie. WE WILL HAVE TO SEE.!.

dakota will be great as jane. it is the perfect role for her. i can't wait to see new moon. i have seen twilight 15 times in theaters and read the books non-stop. at least 20 or 30 times.
That is a great addition to the cast, Dakota will make a perfect Jane!

i think shell make a great jane coz she can play a role really well and in the book it says that janes pretty and so is dakota. but it really dosent really matter wat lizard king here says as he obviously hasnt got taste wen it comes to movies or actors/actresses.

i REALLY dont want her to be in this movie!
i mean the first movie was AMAZING, with people who werent really out there.
i mean everyone who was in Twilight, has acted before but they didnt really hit it big time until Twilight, like Rob & Kristen i loved them both in the previous movies they were in prier to Twilight, and then the rest of the cast, most of them havent really played major roles and i think thats what was so fresh about the movie, you have all of these unfamiliar faces showing what they can really do w. lead roles, Dakota is soo experienced. But that isnt the only reason i think she doesnt fit the part, i just cant picture as Jane, i think the little girl from silent hill should play her, the little girl on the movie poster w. no mouth.. yeah i think shed be perfect, not Dakota… =/

she wouldn't be a good Jane, Jane is suppossed to be fierce, hard, angry, and probably suppossed to be and act a lot older than Dakota could ever honstely play. When you think of jane, do you think of dakota? probably not. When i read the books i didn't imagine a what 13 year old girl trying to play a grown up part. I pictured someone older, wiser, and a hell of a lot tougher than dakota… honstely what the "h" were the producers thinking when they hired her to play Jane, she'll suck up the movie hard core
