As we mentioned yesterday, preggers Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford was going head to head with her eye brow waxing, soon-to-be ex to settle a custody dispute.
She was asking the court for permission to take their 2-year old son, Hermes, to New York until the end of March, where she’ll be filming episodes of GG.
Well, the judge has just ruled in her favor!
His honor said removing the child from his mother “cold turkey” would be harmful to Hermes.
A woman can have her career and family!
Her gay-faced ex is probably gonna go punch some walls now!
