The Beanie Baby company just released the ‘Sweet Sasha’ and ‘Marvelous Malia’ dolls, but they insist it has nothing to do with the newest White House residents.
A mouthpiece for the company said they chose those names because “they are beautiful names” not because of any resemblance to President Obama’s daughters.
Riiiiiight!

Apparently, the Beanie Baby people could potentially get themselves into some hot water if they claimed them to be exact replications.

Why didn’t the flack just say they wanted a piece of the Obama money pie?
