Marcia Cross was spotted in L.A. on Sunday picking up a few items from the drugstore.
Besides the enema kit, she also purchased a bottle of prune juice!
We think it's probably for her husband - Tom Mahoney - who was recently revealed to be suffering from cancer. Chemotherapy is known to cause constipation in some patients.
Marcia is such a loving wife!
We wish her husband a speedy recovery and our hearts go out to their family!

wow, while wishing this guy the best maybe provide him with a little dignity and privacy regarding his constipation and whatnot. It sucks enough to go through this, let alone with his wife's shopping bag scrutinized for humiliation. If you want to report an enema, make it an Olsen twin or some other ridiculous person who isn't going through one of life's great inflictions.

I lost my Mother to cancer in 2003 and my daughter passed away 19 days before her 23rd birthday in 2005 due to a grandmal seizure that sent her into cardiac arrest. I nearly committed suicide because of my loss but my grand babies kept me from doing it. I couldn't hurt them as they were hurt enough. It's be nearly 4 yrs and it feels like yesterday, its something you never get over. Mario won't be happy until one of his blogs pushes someone over the edge. Again, so sorry about your loss!
