Um it looks like maybe Christina is smoking too. All three in the picture look like they are bending down to like an ash try or something and the way the guy and Christina have one arm dangling down it looks to me like they probably had cigis as well.
I don't think that I would call it inconsiderate… But i'm guessing that christina is O.K with it because shes close to it…she probably smokes to who knows?

Celebrities are put in the position of being role models whether they like it or not. Why do you think people are their "fans" and buy magazines with them on it. People are attention whores. People are gonna do what they see. So since they deem "actors" to be that role, then it would prefered they would be smart enough not to do drugs or smoke or wear fur.
