Paris Hilton is busy in London promoting her new ITV show, Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend.

And, showing off her new lips!

The reality TV star was snapped outside the Convent Garden Hotel on Tuesday night with some rather plump smackers.

She must be using a really good limp plumper!

Or injections????
