We know, we know, most of you are probably up and making breakfast or showering by 7:00am, but consider when you last saw Ashton working.

We know that fathering a Potato Head step-daughter might give you nightmares, thus disturbing your precious beauty sleep, but we're pretty sure the law is on your neighbor's side here, ASSton. The law in L.A. allows construction to commence at 7:00am.
Just go to bed earlier! We know your cougar wifey is probably passed out by 10:00pm!

Someone needs to read the laws on construction for Los Angeles, most cities have a 7 AM start time with a 10 PM finish time 6 days a week (M-Sat) though I believe LA is 7 PM. Ashton needs to hire a new lawyer if this counsel told him to post on Youtube. . .ever heard of defamation and slander? Celebrities are daft!

i completely sympathize, i live in sf, so on the other side of my bedroom wall is the neighbor's wall, since the houses are built so damn close to each other. for a year, they have been doing construction on that house, and for a while i was waking up at 8 am to a jackhammer to the concrete wall on the other side of my wall. so think, where my head is laying closest too, like where my head board is on my wall, on the opposite side of that wall, those fuckers were jackhammering the fucking wall. often, i would wake up thinking that an earthquake was happening. it was so bad that the pictures/paintings hung up on the wall, and books on my shelves would come crashing down, sometimes landing on my fucking head. i went and complained to the construction ppl and they said i had to just deal with it.
so i called the cops eventually. when they came out, they discovered that the construction workers were violating their permit. they were not allowed to start until 9 and had to stop by 5, which they never obeyed. furthermore, they did not have proper sound absorbers, or whatever they are, to make the sound less intense for neighbors. the cop told them that if they didnt start following their permit, he could have them shut down. the cop gave me the "case" number so that if they were ever in violation again, i could call and report them. and i did once. they got a second warning, and now they follow the rules, and most times, i can hardly hear them anymore. so it's not always that the construction is following the laws and set permits!!!!!

Unlike the rest of us who live in reality, this spoiled rich brat can afford to take a month long vacation anywhere he chooses, away from his "inconsiderate" neighbors.
