The Octuplets Came Via Sperm Donor!!!! And MORE Craziness!!!!!!!!!!!

When you need some juice…..go to the nosey neighbors!
Some savvy reporting unearthed more crazy stuff about the momma who gave birth to octuplets earlier in the week.
A neighbor revealed that the momma's six kiddies AND the 8 new babies were made with sperm from one donor:
"She is single. She used a sperm donor, someone she knew, who donated sperm a long time ago. He donated the sperm for the first six kids and she used his frozen sperm for these one. I don't think the sperm donor knows about these eight kids. He was not involved."
This woman is insane!!!!!!!
The blabber, who asked to remain anonymous, went on to say:
"From what I heard she likes kids, she wants a jillion kids. She even lied to the doctors who impregnated her…. We should find out who the doctor is and where the money came from because this is irresponsible. The girl seemed a little off - and I don't want to be paying for her kids.""
And, there seems to be some confusion about the woman's age and her status.
The latest now is that she is indeed single (aged 33) and it is her father that is going to Iraq, to support the huge family.
According to the neighbor, the parents are very supportive of their daughter and even lost their own home in an effort to support her. "The parents lost their house supporting their daughter," the neighbor went on. "They actually bought this house for her, but then they lost their house supporting her and her kids and they had to move in with her. And now her father has to go back to Iraq to earn more money to support her. Her father either works as a truck driver or an interpreter [in Iraq]."
As to whether the mother herself works, the neighbor says: "She's a professional student and I want to know where the money's coming from to do this. Maybe she's using her student loans to do it."
This is some crazy, crazy stuff, if it's indeed true.
Is this why the family has stayed out of the spotlight?

This woman has a serious problem. I bet there is something in the law that if this guy GAVE her the sperm, he can legally be made to pay child support. Let's see what happens when she applies for welfare to take care of these kids. She needs to stop, she has a screw loose.

This is all such bull shit! This woman clearly needs mental help if she's purposefully having this many kids considering her financial situation. Medicaid should have some kind of limit, because as long as we keep paying for this insanity she will keep going.
Last year there were sextuplets born in Lake Havasu, AZ. The parents of these 6 babies originated in a SMALL TOWN a long way from where they live now. But of course, there was a big sign at the local grocery store of that small town, taking up a collection for the babies. (I know, I live there) Come to find out, the Grandpa of the newborns OWNS the whole building (where there are approx 10 stores together in a strip mall). Grandad also drives a pretty expensive car. The parents drive a HUGE brand new gas guzzling SUV (because I saw all them in the parking lot one day).

Now the reason I am talking about this is because I saw more than a few people in this small town, who can't afford gas to get to work every day, giving dollars to benefit those babies when they shouldn't have. I was furious when I found out the details behind the babies and tried to pass the word around and when people started to find out the truth, they were PISSED OFF.

The photo pictured is the first set of surviving octuplets in the United States, the Chukwu octuplets. One of the 8 died at birth, so one of the children pictured is actually their younger sister (far right).
IVF, how the new octuplets were conceived, is expensive and has extremely high chances of resulting in multiples. For this reason, MOST doctors will implant only two or three embryos at one time, maximum. It is strange to me that a woman who has declared bankruptcy and lives with her parents and six children, as does the mother of the new babies, would somehow be able to find the money for sperm donation and IVF, and THEN convince a doctor to do the incredibly risky manuever of implanting 8 embryos.

It's kind of irresponsible to post a picture of a family that is not part of this story. The story about the woman and her 14 kids living with her parents is WHITE!!!! I wonder if the tone of the comments will change any… I kinda think so.
Oh, well if the family is white then by all means I will happily hand over all my hard earned money. It was only if they were non-white that I wanted to keep my money for my family. And I am sure that everyone else will now want to contribute large donations during this time of economis crisis. Sorry, her father (the grandfather) is Iraqi. Honestly, I just didn't like the picture of the mom (who is married & taking care of her kids without taxpayer money) being shown at the top of a completely different story. For many whites, it brings out prejudice and misinformation about welfare being something that mostly blacks take advantage of. The family pictured above did not get the coverage and assistance that most white families with multiples get. I find it unfair that their pictures are now being used as a headline for another story which indeed is ridiculous.

For the record, YOU DO NOT GET 4-5-6-7 or 8 BABIES FROM IVF!!! IVF is when you ONLY put back 1,2 or sometimes in rare and hard to treat cases 3 or 4 embryos. What this lady did is obtain illegal fertility drugs via either a friend who had leftovers or on the internet (LOTS of people who are successful with fertility treatment re-sell their medicine to recoup the high medial cost). No properly monitored female would be able to continue with treatment by any ETHICAL doctor. By the way, that Kate 8 lady did INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION, not IVF. You people should really Google-Up before spewing out false information.

Why is a woman who is obviously fertile being implanted with 8 embyos? They usually implant multiple embryos in women who have a hard time conceiving. Isn't that why they implant so many? So why would they implant 8 in a woman who has 6 kids already? I am confused by the whole situation.

all of you numbskulls who are saying she should have her tubes tied should do some reading! Tubal blockage (which is what really happens in female sterilization) is a main reason why in vitro is done in the first place!
Her tubes had nothing to do with making this litter (or any of the previous ones, for that matter!) - it has been widely reported that all of her kids have been conceived via in vitro - if she had intact tubes she could have skipped the $10K+ procedures and gone the turkey baster route!
