K-Fed‘s lawyer continue to be uppity regarding custody arrangements for Britney‘s upcoming Circus Tour, threatening to derail the whole train.
FedEx’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, just told E!, “There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed yet.”
Both legal teams are working on hashing out a way for Britney to play house with her kiddies during her tour.
Kaplan adds, “Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country, and he is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful.”
The kids, however, will probably not be present at the tour venues, nor will Britney see them more often that she already does according to the terms of her custody agreement with FedEx, which is about 3 days a week.
FedEx and his shark are probably holding out for more money!
