This is totally and completely photoshopped. Her body really does not look like that — she had gained visible weight and she is not curvy like that.

Check the pic of her in the black bathing suit and the pic they used on the front cover. They cut the head off of one pic, changed the eyeshadow and stuck it over another pose. They're identical. Except they airbrushed the hint of a double-chin on the face used for the cover.
