What people also need to realize is that she was probably crying pretty bad before this picture was taken. I don't know about you all, but when I cry, my lips swell pretty bad and my nose sometimes does too. While her injuries probably did most of the swelling, the crying probably helped and made it look more uniform. I believe this is her. But as I said before, it doesn't really matter either way.
