What the heck is she wearing????
Though she was not a presenter or nominated, Miley Cyrus showed up to the Oscars on Sunday and she was one of the very first to hit the red carpet.
Her well-hung boyfriend stayed at home and Mommy Cyrus accompanied her.
That outfit is a bit much for Miley, no?

Oh Perez… I usually agree with much of what you say, but today - I must speak up. Miley Cyrus seems damned if she does, damned if she doesn't to you. I think she looks pretty - hair elegant, dress "disney princess"-like, and remarkable covered up. It's the Oscars - glam it up (oh and I also think Vanessa Hudgens looks nice too!). These poor girls - under the microscope of Perez even when they're doing no wrong!
