Jackson brother Jermaine is seeking sole custody of his children with ex-wife Alejandra after receiving a call from police that the children were taken into their care.
8-year-old Jermajesty – yes, that’s what they named him! – told teachers that his mother was hitting him and the teacher then informed authorities.
According to Jermaine’s attorney, both Jermajesty and older brother Jaafar – yup, Jaafar – have been placed in their father’s care. The attorney went on to say that “Jermaine is seeking sole custody of the children and will do all that is necessary to protect and safe guard the children. I will be going to court early next week to address this situation. Jermaine will be seeking sole custody with visitation for Alejandra, but we will be requesting that visitation be monitored.”
Violence is never the answer!
