Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that a major incident happened in the ongoing baby battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.
Aaron Cohen and his team of Israeli military-trained commandos were trying to serve papers to another Britney insider Tuesday afternoon when all hell broke loose.
The person - a man close to Spears by the name of Sam - was arriving at his home in Venice when he noticed Cohen and his team and freaked out.
"He drove into Aaron's car and sped off," a source tells us. "He didn't even obey the nearby stop sign!"
The man was not served.
Police went to the scene to speak with Cohen and investigate the hit and run.
Why is Britney's camp so skittish about the truth????
As we reported earlier, Spears' former manager, Larry Rudolph, is in hiding because he doesn't want to testify against Britney. He's afraid it would hurt her custody chances.
Something fishy is going on here.
Hopefully the Department of Children and Family Services will discover some good juice in the child abuse investigation they have going on now with Spears!

I've been through a divorce with 3 children involved, and it doesn't matter what you do, the other party can always turn it around to make you look bad. (and for the record…my kids have, and always will remain with me) If it was someone I cared about and did not want to hurt, I would try to avoid the situation also. The court docs tell the whole story. Kevin doesn't have ANYTHING. He is just hoping for something to fall into his lap if he serves enough people. In the court docs he says he believes Brit doesn't brush the kids teeth and doesn't have a set bed time and maybe even sedates them with alcohol.
Hmm… these are all things in the tabloids which are MOSTLY just made up crap! Kevin has NOTHING. If he had anything, it would be in the court docs already.

Okay, I don't know what *exactly* she's hiding but it's obvious she isn't in the state of mind to care for those children. I've wondered for MONTHS why they haven't done anything about this, and I guess they were building a case slowly and covertly.
If even one third of all the stuff about her interaction with her kids is true, she isn't a fit mother - at least not now and very possibly never will be. Federline isn't that great either, but at least he's been smart enough to stay out of trouble for awhile. Let's face it, the woman is mental. Wether it's originally due to fame, drugs, eating disorder or what have you, makes no difference. She hasn't been right on the head for a long time and it's only escalating.
