The Jonai Disappoint At The Box Office - Big Time!

Even with promised "surprise personal appearances" by the JoBros at random screenings, their 3-D film "experience" tanked big time this weekend!!!
The 3-D Concert Experience brought in nowhere near the projected $30-$40 million. In the end, it only earning Disney an estimated $12.7 million dollars in the U.S. Box Office!
How embarassing!!
Slutty Cyrus' Hannah Montana 3-D earned almost three times that amount in it's opening weekend - and it was in about half as many theaters!
And, to add insult to injury, the Jonai failed to grab the #1 spot at the Box Office. Tyler Perry's Medea film is #1 yet again.

Disney fucking sucks. Anyway, Slutty Cyrus won't be laughing for too long, because she is slowly being replaced. When that day comes, the day that Hannah Montana is permanently canceled, and Slutty is fired, that is the day Disney gets some of its lost dignity back. And that is also the day Slutty realized she truly has no career outside of Disney. But that's okay, because she's made enough money to retire before she hits 18. Which is good for us, because then maybe she can go back to Tenessee on her massive pig farm and live happily ever after and leave us alone.

I wish the Jonas Brothers get away from the show biz for a while, and then come back as the greatest rock band in the planet. They have the talent to be the biggest thing since the beatles, but since they are sponsored by Disney, they will stay as teenage girls wet dreams for ever. I pity them. I wish they finally realize what the media had done to them, get away from the spot light for a while, and then, do some real rock and roll.
Good hopefully their fifteen minutes of fame is coming to an end soon.
My daughter loved it and at $15.00 a ticket she went with friends. I wasn't going to pay for myself. However the boys did show up at my theater and we were fortunate enough to have met them.

im a jonas brothers fan, but like hell i was going to go see that in theaters with a bunch of screaming little kids. i'd rather wait til it comes out on DVD or i can download it so i can actually hear the movie.
You would think it would have done good with all the promotion they did i mean they were everywhere. Miley is and has always been much more famous then them and her 3D movie was a huge success.

As a mom of a 10 yr old who saw this movie on Friday, I say the opposite.
I've been to a lot of concerts in my lifetime, and I disagree with your opinion of saying they are boring onstage. The three of them constantly run around onstage, connecting with the audience.
I thought it was great, and was a great opportunity for my daughter to see them.
I so Love this!!! Since these guys can not even sing I am so enjoying this news. They are SO over rated it is embarrassing.
I took my daughter to see this, but good gracious, it cost us $30 to see it!
