Cute As A Spider Button - No IRONy!

This is just too cute!
Madonna's youngest son, David Banda, had to go to the dentist yesterday. And what better way to go get your teeth cleaned than by dressing up as Spiderman Iron Man?
Well, maybe not going at all. But, at at least he has dental insurance with Momma Madge!
The adorable tot was spotted in New York sporting an Iron Man costume and a top coat.
And after leaving the dentist, he was seen with a bag of goodies (new toothbrush we're guessing) and a big yellow balloon.
Guess those little things work. We've never seen a kid so happy after leaving the dentist!
Next time when he visits his doctor, wonder if he'll be wearing a Batman costume?

he is so cute.like his mother.is so sad that guy doesnt care muh about him.poor kid.but at least madonna is always with him.so cute then together.he looks huge.
