A Ring + A House = Love

As we mentioned earlier, Marc Jacobs and his boyfriend, Lorenzo Martone, are engaged.
Woo hoo!
And, they’re moving things along quite quickly!
Reports now state that the two have already found a house to share together!
One insider says, “Marc and Lorenzo have been looking at downtown properties for a while.”
But luckily for them, source claim Jacobs closed the deal yesterday for a West Village townhouse on Bethune Street in New York.
The price? Just a mere $13 million for a 4,500 square-foot townhouse for Marc to live fashionably in with his hunky Brazilian.
The pad also includes a private garden and roof terrace. Nice!
Congrats again to the happy couple.
