Whitney Port Can't Stand Twilight!

Whitney Port should expect a pack of fuming teenage girls outside her front door any day now!
The Hills & The City star had a few choice words regarding the Twilight hype.
She says, "I haven't read the books, but I saw the movie… I thought the movie was really bad."
Ouch!
Although she trashed the film itself, Port can't get enough of Twilight hunk extraordinaire, R-Patz!
"I love whatever his name is … Robert. I think he's so good-looking and handsome," Whitney gushed.
Although Port thinks R-Patz is "good-looking and handsome", she has no love for his Twilight co-star,

I agree. I thought Kristen Stewart's performance was monotone too- its sad to say this but the scenes she'd showed most emotions in are the scenes of her screaming in pain, otherwise its like she had little to no emotions. I know Bella's not a cheery character, but for god's sake do something else other than give that perpetually troubled, blank stare and twitching of lips.

ummm… okay…the movie sucked… the only good thing coming from the 2nd and 3rd movie is that other directors are taking a stab at it… I mean it was like a bad lifetime movie or something… it was terrible… and shes right… the acting was HORRIBLE…they need to recast bella and jacob…UGH

I have to agree with her. I am a fan of Twilight- the plot. It's a great story. The books were not written very well and the movie was pretty bad. Kristen Stewert cannot act. She sucks! I hope the new director can do a better job than the last one.

I have to say I agree with everything she said - the movie was crap IMHO, but I don't know if that's just because the book is crap as I've never read it. I was in hysterics during some of the 'serious' scenes, and the only good thing to have come out of it was R-Pattz. Also Facinelli, and Rathbone were pretty easy on the eyes from what I remember.

Her "acting" on her "reality" show is the worst I have seen. "Like, it was so totally like awesome and super cool and like, I think I really like that dude and like, I think he like, totally likes me but you know, like, I don't know" Talk about one-dimensional!

On another note, I thought Twilight was gonna blow but I ended up liking it, I wish some of the cheesy moments were in there [i.e. the baseball scene where they queued the music to name one]
I am a big Twilight fan, but I have to say I completely AGREE with her! They really can't act (especially Kristen Stewart!!), which was so disappointing when I first saw the film.
Kristen Stewart is one dimensional? At least she's interesting to listen to in interviews. She's just not some fake bubbly girl like Whitney and the rest of Hollywood.
And honestly, has Whitney seen the hills?? I'm sorry but SHE is one dimensional and has no personality.

Perez, come on…Robert Pattinson is gorgeous and the Twilight books are amazing but it's no secret to any fan that the movie was awful! Bad acting, cheesy effects, horrible makeup…I am so thankful for this new director. **I'm crossing my fingers for New Moon!!**

i see her point, although i wouldn't be as brutal. in my opinion, the movie could have been better, but they didn't have an enormous budget or anything, so it was good for what they had. i didn't think the acting was too brutal, though i didn't quite expect bella to have such a bad stutter. the movie, for me, was good as far as visuals. i thought the setting was spot-on, and i like the cinematography for the most part (except the extreme closeups…those were annoying). i thought they did a good job of capturing the essence of forks with all the rain and greenery and stuff. overall the movie could have been better, but it was not the worst book-movie adaptation i've ever seen. the movie really does it for some people, and it really misses the target with others. what can you do?
