Z-List attention whore Dustin Diamond is in trouble again.
This time it's with The Man.
Diamond is being sued in an Ozaukee County Circuit Court by We Energies for $2,079.40 in unpaid utility bills.
He has until April 15th to do something about it, or it's lights out!
Although knowing him, he'll just make a big whining production out of it.
Or, if we're unlucky, release another hideous sex tape!

According to Public Record….on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (wcca.wicourts.gov), Mr. Diamond ALSO has a Income Tax Warrant filed against him on March 23, 2009. In the amount of $13,349.07 !
