Chris Beat Her Down Brown is expected in a Los Angeles court today to answer charges that he severely assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna during an altercation in February.
And according to reports, Brown is planning on entering a “Not Guilty” plea.
RiRi is currently in Barbados, celebrating her grandparents’ 50th anniversary, and hoping to be as far away from this legal drama as possible.
A source reveals about the case that “It’s expected to be resolved at some point soon. Rihanna wants it resolved as well.”
Sources add that if Brown doesn’t plead “Not Guilty” to the two felony counts against him, he’ll instead ask to have the arraignment postponed, again.
Chris is trying everything in order to avoid jail time.
The other problem with going to trial in this case is that Rihanna apparently doesn’t want to cooperate, which she should! The source adds that “She has no interest in testifying.”
Let’s hope the court sees Brown for what he truly is, a douchebag.
