As a student studying photography, I say the fact that the photographer allowed Robert Pattinson to be photographed in such a way that would entail comments such as these is almost exploitation. As for the fact that he is smoking in the photographs, that is unfortunate but, who he and a great deal of others in and out of the business are. I mean, in all honesty… how he wishes to present himself is his own business, the fact that he is what he does however, makes it open for discussion. He isn't necessarily the best role model but, who says he's trying to be? I'm not necessarily sure whether or not this was the angle "The Twilight Saga" signed up for casting him as Edward Cullen. It just looks bad on their part, and pushes the film even more in the direction of films like "Harry Potter", films that we just can't get enough of but are ashamed to admit me pay to watch.
