We mentioned yesterday how CSI: Miami star David Caruso is being sued by his ex-girlfriend and baby mamma, Lisa Marquez.
According to Marquez, she’s suing for breach of contract/settlement agreement, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Oh and aside from claiming he was abusive, she also says she found a ’70s porn collection under his bed.
Big freaking deal!
So why wait until now to sue?
According to Caruso’s rep, Marquez’s suit is just payback for David being concerned over his two kids. And Caruso’s not taking this lightly.
The actor is speaking out and claiming that bitch is crazy!
His rep says, “Last month David became concerned about the welfare of his children and sought court assistance to redefine David’s and Liza’s custodial schedules. It now appears that Liza has decided to retaliate by raising false claims against David, which David finds unfortunate since these claims will divert the parties’ and the court’s attention away from the best interests of the children.”
Somebody be lie-telling!
It’ll be up to a court to decide who is the truthier of the two!
