Madonna To Build Home In Malawai

Madonna isn't one to give up easily on what she wants. And, right know, what she wants is 3-year-old Mercy James from Malawi.
So, after getting rejected to adopt the little girl (because living with a rich and loving mom is so much worse than living in an orphanage), Madge is giving the adoption another try.
In fact, she's hoping to now build a home in Malawi!
According to the judge who rejected her adoption last week, Madonna hadn't lived in Malawi for the required 18 months.
An inside source reveals, “Madonna has a big, beautiful plot of land over there already. She’s planning to build a girl’s school in the Chinkhota village and those designs are well under way. But she’s gone back to the designers and asked if they could accommodate a family home on the plot or on adjacent land.”
So Madge is now having plans drawn up for a potential home in Malawi which she thinks will also benefit her adopted son, David Banda, by being able to visit his birthplace often.
Let's hope it all turns out well for those involved!

If all turns out well for those involved, little Mercy will be allowed to stay in her homeland with her family. If IT is so interested in Mercy's well-being, why not build a house for her and her family to live in and give them some money to support Mercy. That would show true caring.

I don't think that anyone really objected to Madonna's adoption of Mercy. They were just concerned that they were setting a dangerous precidence with regards to foreign adoptions. Mercy is not the only child who could potentially be affected by this outcome and some people looking for babies don't have charitable intentions.

Great…..Well its her money to spend so if she wants to build a home and live there for 18 to 24 months then so be it. But by live do they mean she has to stay in Malawi for the entire time? Name one person who is popular who isn't hated because they're popular. Barbra Streisand, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey (whose haters tend to be Madonna fans, and vice versa)– they all have their haters. Some of them even have hate websites dedicated to them. Madonna wouldn't be successful as she is today, if she weren't able to deal with the haters. All the stuff people write about her (including myself) is most likely never read by her, and if she does read them, it just rolls off her back. Yes there a few people on here who are obsessed in their hatred for her, but for the rest of us, it's just cheap entertainment on our part. As far as wishing for her success, yeah, if money and fame were what I wanted in life, I'd wish for that. Success is all relative. There are people I consider successful who don't have mansions or a shitload of money, but I'd rather have their success than put up with the headaches of Madonna's success.
