Yeah…. I didn't like the style of clothes and stuff for this vid. It bugged me, the song is good though.
Taylor is still with Hanson, just to clear things up. But the Tinted Windows are an awesome side project. Pretty fresh, pretty rock. Taylor is so ridiculously talented.

Love it! I love the new sound and the new direction.
It sounds like it could have been on the soundtrack for Pretty In Pink 22 years ago, and it drags a little. Taylor's a good singer and melody man, though. The musicians are top notch, but it's just simplistic - not always bad, but a little goes a long way.

Taylor Hanson is awesome. Not only have Hanson manage to keep together as a band for so long, they are ALL now married and have kids. Taylor now has four children and still tours and writes songs and he looks fucking great.

While I love Kind of a Girl and Messing With My Head there are so many other songs on their forthcoming cd that are frickn awesome. Keep in mind that the whole point of Tinted Windows is simplistic power pop- nothing over thought or over processed. Cd comes out 4/21… check it out. My Cha Cha, Can't Get a Read on You, Dead Serious… all extremely good songs!
I'm already addicted to this band!!! The album is already on pre-order. I'm exscatic over it!

Taylor Hanson is trying to fit this popular music mold…and it is NOT his style…I would consider this a sell-out move. Hanson's music has become so much more mature and artistic and this is a step backwards for sure

You're an idiot! Educate yourself on musicians, before you make such idiotic statements. James Iha is from Smashing Pumpkin's and Bun E. Carlos is from Cheap Trick. Both are well respected musicians who have influenced and help shape today's rock and power pop sounds. I just have to say it again… YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!

Definitely a bit strange to see Taylor only singing not playing piano guitar or drums. I mean, for all practical purposes his rock star moves and voice will never be like Mick Jagger 's, but he IS a really great musician and songwriter when he's with his brothers. I've hung out with him a few times and he is very approachable, a really friendly guy!

This was not out a month ago. They did a little clip of it with the promo for the band, but this is the first time they're putting up the whole video.
I liked this WAY better than Kind of a Girl at first, but they both have grown on me. Luckily at this very moment Tay's recording with his brothers, who I have more love in my heart for lately.
Taylor can still get me to do anything, though, I will buy this album.

So I'm sorta digging the song, though I'm not ready to admit that to anyone in person just yet. The video is sorta cool, very early 80's retro feel….right down to James Iha dressed as Blondie's Debbie Harry. I guess Cheap Trick's drummer is sorta playing himself. It's still very bubble gum, I'd like to see something grittier and edgy. Keep up the good work though.
