They should spend some time with the poor kids rather than running 40 miles a day and fixating on their diet. I would say PHOTOSHOP. I had twins, and I am tiny too, I was left with a TON of extras skin. It's just not possible to have your stomach go down after 4 weeks of giving birth. NOT POSSIBLE PEOPLE. Also neither is a tummy tuck that quick after giving birth. I ended up having one because of all the extra skin, but I had to wait atleast a year. PHOTOSHOP

Alot of female celebrities get a c section after 36 weeks of pregnancy. In the last month you almost double the weight you've gain so far so by getting the baby out you don't get all the strech marks and it's very very easy to loose the extra pounds. And if you have babies that sleep alot you have more time to work out.
