Re: Blind Baby – there are hundreds of rights that automatically go to you when you are married…the best example i have of this is two women who went on vacation in mexico and considered themselves "married" One of them had a heart attack and died, and because they weren't actually married, her partner couldn't claim her body and take it home, she had to have their teenage son (who was the deceased woman's birth child) fly to Mexico to claim the body. THat's not right.
