You know what I don't understand? People claim to be against Equal Marriage Rights for all in the name of religion, and then…..they send this kind of crap…with the name-calling and the "I hope you die" stuff. And if I'm remembering correctly, my Bible doesn't say anything about that kind of stuff being ok. It's just sad, really, because they make all Christians look bad. I'm sorry people are being crappy to you, Perez. =(
The sad part is that in another country Perez would be treated as badly for poking men's booty like he is treating Carrie for stating that she believes marriage is between a man and woman.

i hear all of you who are saying that perez shouldn't post this dudes personal email info… on the other hand, when an email is sent over the airwaves, it becomes public information. if you don't want ppl to know your personal info, you have to be SMART ENOUGH not to send gay-bashing hate mail from YOUR WORK ACCOUNT. simple as that. i wouldn't be surprised if this email is a violation of ron's company's human resource policies.
I cannot believe Perez is acting like a child, well it doesnt suprise me but this is highly illegal, and worthy of a lawsuit. In America, we have a right to freedom of religion. If you do not believe that homosexuals have a right to marry then you don't have to. It isn't a human rights issue- homosexuals are free to marry someone of the opposite sex. They just don't want to. No society in the history of the existence of mankind has allowed homosexual marriage. NONE. Why? Because it isn't necessary or beneficial to the continuance and support of the next generation. It wasn't about religion in many societies. It was about politics and the necessity of keeping marriage for family alliances and for children. Just because some group loudly screams that they deserve something doesn't mean they do. Stick to civil unions. Marriage is and always has been between a man and a woman. And btw, no people discriminate more than gays. They will not allow women into the art industry, and until AIDS wiped a lot of them out, they wouldn't allow women into fashion.

I don't care for Perez as a person, but I think what he is doing (posting these email with contact information) is really brave. He's riding high on a controversial issue and pointing out those who threaten him. I think that the time where we be quiet, ignore this sort of behavior and accept being second class to hate and ignorance is over. We have to stand up and show faces, give names and point it out. Oh yea and I dont think Perez is presuming what everyone's morals and standards should be, I think that he, as someone who is discriminated against for his identity is advocating for his civil liberties.
