Those of us who believe that gay marriage is wrong and that homosexuality is a sin have every right to believe that. My God tells me that. He doesn't hate gays, as the wackos in that cult like to broadcast, but He does hate the sin itself. Adam needed a companion in the beginning, so he was given a woman, not another man. Noah took animals by twos, male and female, not same-sex pairs. This is just basic stuff.

What's interesting about this is that many of the same folks who are slamming her for her remark voted for President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, who both have the same belief: that marriage should be between a man and a woman.
Even Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made it clear that she has the same view, and it was her husband, President Bill Clinton, who signed the In Defense of Marriage Act, the federal law that forbids states from having to recognize gay marriage in other states.
In other words, four of the biggest liberals in the country have the same belief as Prejean, but a beauty pageant winner is being torn to shreds. Hello, hypocrisy!

I think your question was more than fair and I do agree there were ways she could have answered it that would have allowed her to get around saying "marriage is a man and a woman". Miss USA will be asked questions just as controversial while touring and you have to know how to think on your toes and try to avoid ruffling any feathers. Re: MediaSheep – Actually, this is mostly about Perez's REVENGE. Perez is an angry hateful man. He has been emboldened now by the win of his new liberal president, and feels that he can spew his hatred far and wide because the libs have a mandate to do it. Additionally, most libs feel this way, and this is why hatred and anger on the left has not waned because of the Obama win, but become more vile and prevalent since he won. These people have serious mental problems and should never be given positions of any kind of power or influence, otherwise this is the kind of garbage which will dominate society.
