This time it's for real - we think!
Spencer Pratt made Heidi Montag his bride in Pasadena, California, on Saturday.
There were supposed to be some "surprises", but we spoiled them before the wedding!
As PerezHilton.com was the first to exclusively report. Lauren Conrad attended the ceremony.
Sources tell us that Spencer faked an apology to L.C. to get her to show up at the wedding. And she fell for it!
Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari also was a guest at the nuptials. Insiders tipped us off beforehand and also revealed exclusively to PerezHilton.com that she is going to be joining the cast of The Hills for at least six episodes next season, possibly more.
Congrats to Spencer & Heidi. They are now officially Speidi!

Get up off your sizable butt and update this site PERVez. Just because these no talent wannabe's invited a bunch of other no talent fame whores to a wedding that nobody was inticipating doesn't make it newworthy to be your only post for the day. By the time they got to the reception you had eaten half the wedding cake and drank most of the champagne because it was your cheat day(s).
It's just okay… for me. I think it suits her and truth be told, they look lovely as a couple. I really like her flowers, and please excuse me for saying so, but for the first time… ever… Spencer looks decent. I'm never a fan of a bride wearing her hair down though… it looks so everyday and not very elegant. But overall a 6.5 out of 10 for their overall look.
